Thank You so much for making this! I have been searching for something like this. I am starting a new Argonian character and I want him to be a Shadowscale. I'm using Alternate Life to start up with the Dark Brotherhood. (Maybe. They're a little evil, but it's a cool way to start.)
I really like the attributes you chose. And very realistic changes to the stamina, health and magica. Suggestion: I think you should add something to the frost weakness effect. I don't know how hard it'd be, but it should have compatibility with Frostfall in the part where the Skyrim environment makes your character cold. Instead of taking damage from frost, lizards (including normal Argonians) should be slowed down by it. They should be a bit faster than other races too while sprinting when they are at full warmth. I also thought about how contact with the sun would help them be warmer, like lizards that bask in the sun to absorb heat. These effects may also positively or negatively affect stamina levels and regeneration. I hope all of this is not too complicated to do. Do what you can. I'll be watching for an update. I will gladly share more of my ideas concerning this if you ask.
Question: Will the Shadowscale Argonians have the same appearance as the normal Argonians? I want the new stats, but I want my character to look like any other Argonian.

I like the concept a lot, as my argonian in oblivion was a shadowscale
