I think its slightly too long for a xiphos, it should be closer to the Imperial sword leangh. Its been a while since I used this mod though, have you treid to add a scabbard for it?
I know i'm a million years too later, but this mod would have done soo much better if you just took the time to add a few more pictures. People want to see what the sword actually looks like on a character. You need to have both a picture of the weapon being weilded and sheathed. Also would have been great if you would have added what the weapons stats are... Just food for thought.
