May I have your permission to upload this to bethesda net? I'll be sure to credit you :)

I've got this same issue in my current playthrough, but I'm playing on steam deck, so I can't use nmm

Just a note to say that this fix still works in AE.

hiya your mod got my attn!
im getting a conflict where maces and clubs are doing the same thing.
I see guards walking around all the time trailing maces between their feet...kinda immersion breaking and god knows whats doing it.
would you be able to tell me how you fixed this isssue for nordic gauntlets? i might be able to fix my issues
or are you planning on updating this mod here, as conflicts come in?

The way I did it was I first checked the refid of the object in TES5Edit to make sure there were no overriding conflicts. When that turned out a negative result, I then went into the CK to check the object's attributes. Just find the object in the side panel or look up its object id number. Then, you double click the object to bring up a new window. In about the center of the window there will be a column that has the slots used by the object (hands, forearms, feet, etc). Make sure that is set correctly, then down towards the bottom double click the object name again and make sure it is set correctly in THAT window as well. Then you will save your "progress" and create a new .esp. Then you just load it last in the load order to see if it worked.

I hope that is descriptive enough to help you, and if not, perhaps I can help you myself through you sending me a copy of your save file or what-have-you.

As for "updating," I will most likely just create BRAND NEW fixes as they come in. I suppose I could roll everything into one, but with certain mod dependencies and such that could prove difficult really. On the other hand, however, I would also say there shouldn't be any need for dependencies since the last in the load order will overwrite previous esps. So, it's not ENTIRELY out of the question

May I ask, however, if you would happen to be using Immersive Weapons, by chance?
