Hey nice effort. First mods are always an awesome feeling
One question though to help in development; you mention using Custom Family Home to move your family and entourage into it. Have you set the interior and exterior with location references as well as tagging all the appropriate furniture (and if they are present) the idle markers? I haven't looked in detail at Custom Family Home but in my mod I configured the living area for use with "Hearthfires Multiple Adoptions" which does the same thing and I THINK they both emulate the vanilla home structure. So if you haven't done that (assuming it needs to be for CFA), check out the documents, I know that Hearthfires multiple adoptions has a decent step by step guide to setting up your home to be compatible, because they are definitely not compatible by default
Hearthfire is about 5-10 dollars on steam- I'm sorry but I don't think my mod will work for you if you don't have the DLC, it requires Hearthfire beacuse it uses some of the objects that come from Hearthfire.
This is a fantastic mod and I just gave it a well deserved endorsement :-) You've done well ! Would it be very difficult to add a room to sleep a couple of followers in ?
I have downloaded your nice mod and will endorse it. Is it possible to add in your mod information where the house is? A map screenshot would be okay, too!?!
It looks like a lovely home, my personal advice would be to add (somehow) 2 more children's beds(4 total) like Elysium Estate that way all the Hearthfire kids can be adopted (all four are homeless, Lucia, Alesan, Blaise, and oh poor poor Sohpia) I hate having to choose one over the other. Also the garden outside, since its Hearthfire compatible, to have the option of planting our own stuff (planting soil rather than pre-planted). Other than that, looks awesome, soon as it become avalible for DL I'll give it a try.

A picture with the location of the house is up now- it's the 3rd picture. Thanks for endorsing!
