This looks good, but it might be nice to preview what each class kits are like. Also, is there a way to make this work with an alternate start mod like Dime's Quick Start?
Thanks for adding the info on 'kits' in the *readme* button above. (It might be better to have that info on front page, tho' )
Squashy wants to know if, say, he chooses 'Thief-kit-perks', then, when Squashy goes to the Standing Stones and chooses 'Thief', is there any conflict? What if Squashy chose 'Thief-kit-perks', then Warrior Standing Stone? Or Mage Standing Stone? Any known Conflicts?
Squashy thinks of these things and, well, it hurts...but, he MUST ask...

I can attest that your mod works fine with Dime's Quick Start mod. I went from the cave to the tower in Helgen and picked Thief with perks and kit just fine. Thanks!
I just took a look at the guide included in the zip file. The kits are class specific armour and weapons, no details on what, and the 'perks' are a boost to the class skills. Each class skill is set to 50 and all the available perks are active.
