Adds a 1 handed version of the bloodskal blade to the game.
It's a bit shorter so that it matches the sword size.
REQUIRES DRAGONBORN DLC.

The weapon has no enchantment because i couldn't make it work (any help appreciated).
I would really appreciate it if someone could model and texture a scabbard.

The weapon can be smithed usind 3 silver ingots and 2 leather strips.
Tempering requires 1 silver ingot.

If you have any retextures of the original weapon, they will be applied to this weapon as well.
