I can see where this would be handy because a lot of people stack or "exploit" talos ammys to gain this effect, how much of a cool down are we talking?.
1000m for basic (Example: Fus) 2000m for normal (Example Fus Ro) and 3000m for full(example: Fus Ro Dah) this goes for every shout in the vanilla game its self this mod does not work for shouts in other mods/dlc I will change this in time so don't worry! P.S: sorry for the very long reply you may have figured this out already XD

i mean if your actual shouting was as strong as in skyrim your throat would hurt..alot
