I've found the problem, he put the shield in Meshes/bruma but the creationkit is looking for it in meshes/armor/bruma You just need to find the Bruma folder in the meshes folder and put it in the armor folder and it will/should work
Dark Creations is a site where you can host mods. The team is simply known as the Beyond Skyrim team, or if you want to get more accurate; the Cyrodiil team, Hammerfell team, etc. (Each province has its own team)
As for Beyond Skyrim, there's already another shield.
I am so happy that someone is making these armor sets, you should do the rest and make it a mod series. I had to edit this because i just had to tell you that this is my most favorite shield mod ever, even though it is simple, it does not matter you have no idea what this means to me, being a long time TES fan (especially of oblivion). Thank you!!!

You just need to find the Bruma folder in the meshes folder and put it in the armor folder and it will/should work
You also need to do the same with the textures.
