   Blade of Woe effect should be 2x Critical Damage, this way we could get up to x30 with the perk and maybe x60 with cicero gloves. This is the ultimate assassin dagger anyway, it should have really strong critikal damage.

   For a more comprehensive version that includes all the unique weapons included in the vanilla and DLC's (including both versions of the Blade of Woe) use "Unique Weapons have Unlimited Charges" by Salivific instead.
