parthurnax isnt a good idea cause his eye model mesh is weird hower if you go to your texture files texture\actors\dragon replaceany dragon texture you want to have it (for example odahviin which is the model with the texture ) you replace odahviin.dds with celestian dragon.dds (you rename celestian dragon to odahnviin and replace it )
Thank you for sharing this dragon. I have added them to a mod I will soon upload, it adds friendly creatures to skyrim and I figured a feathered dragon would be a good choice.
I tried to get the "modified skeleton" you show us to your images, but unfortunately it not anymore on nexus, a message says that its not on their database. Where can i find it now?
I have few questions before i use it: Is it friend or foe? Are there more dragons like this around skyrim or just one? Does this replace a specific dragon or its standalone?
its a moders resource it dosnt add anything to the game its just a texutre (color) for anyone who has the knowlege of creation kit to add to the game (i may make a relesh thats adds a lot off dragons like aqua dragon and the celestian here ) also in my game i have created a four leged dragon that im expirimenting with it
not to sound mean by any means at all but the dragon in the mod you linked it horrid looking, I see where Milisot is trying to go with his/her dragon, keeping the over all dragon lizzard look while adding feathered wing sort of like Nall from Lunar SSS.

Behemoth the Feathered Dragon --- This is where I saw That Feathered Dragon model first. The one that Sinobol listed came out way after this plus MrCasual credits Zerofrost for the model.
I like the direction yours is going though milisot1325.

I know about the Behemoth Mod, i just posted this one because it looked white and somewhat "celestial", it was just closer to what the autor wanted to do... I like Milisot1325's idea tough, the size, tail and wings of the celestial dragon really look cool when it flyes, like it's ruling the sky
A mix of the two mods would be great, if only you had the author's approval, you could post your tweeked version on the nexus

your spelling is fine, I understand it just fine, as for Nall it would be interesting lol to say the least! but as for the dragon, the Behemoth is okay but in my personal opinion not a great model for a Celestial Dragon. Falkor from never ending story would kinda fit that "category" as well >.>. But either way I kinda see it like the normal dragon body only with the white feathered wings which Milisot has in the screens, they just scream Celestial Dragon which is what I hope it continues to be . This is only an opinion of course >.>.
And like Charismoon said a small Nall would be hella cool as a pet, but how sick would it be to have her evolve basically into the larger dragon like she did in Lunar :O.....
Mistle24 I have to disagree. The Dragon looks more Celestrial than the mod authurs dragon. Now that is not to discourage the mod author. I think you are heading in the right direction, Just need to work more on texturing and maybe modeling to get what you want. Keep at it and don't give up. Maybe ask the mod author of the Behemoth Dragon for some pointers on adding what you want to get the ideal model you want.
