This mod works perfectly. If you are having any issue it is because you downloaded via NMM which despite how much the site says to do that. DO NOT EVER USE NMM! Always manually install no matter how people will claim the former is easier because if you don't manual install you WILL mess something up and have to reinstall later. Manual installation is very easy and it is the only way to ensure mods work as intended. I never have any of the issues others do with oldrim mods purely because I refuse to do anything besides manual installation.
Even after installing it correctly, I couldn't find the spell tome. So if anybody's looking to cheat it in, the name of the tome is "Spell Tome: Eclipse", and the name of the spell is "Eclipse".
Simply type: help "eclipse" or help "spell tome: eclipse", and it should give you the name of the spell or spell tome to cheat into your inventory. Or it's a good way to see if the spell has been added correctly to the game.
It doesn't seem to be permanent, but I still recommend it, because that power is a lot easier to use than trying to shoot the sun if it's behind a mountain.
Originally this mod wasn't working for me at all. After going through the zipped file, I extracted and reorganized it before adding it back into NMM myself.
Now the book shows up and works perfectly.
If you can't see the book and it's not working right, just move the esp in the zip file into the Data folder within that Zip file. Simple. Will endorse this when I'm able to.
I couldn't find it either so I instead, used console command to conjure up a ring and "playerenchantobject" with the self cast eclipse MGEF. Sorry I didn't take note of the exact code but if you're interested then you should type help eclipse in console command. I am pretty sure its the only MGEF that shows up but look out for a self cast or something along those lines. So as a result, ring on = total visual effects and all the perks such as no sun damage and as soon as I remove this ring, its all back to normal with sun damage and all! This works perfectly for me especially since its not limited and I can use it whenever I want. Save your game though before you attempt please
