For some reason, the mod changes the titles of some of the things in the world related to it into Russian. For example, the door to the underground portion of Silent Moons Camp is labeled in Russian. And the strongbox that holds the ring itself is Russian as well. The ring is too, but when I loot it it gains an English title. I have screenshots but I'm sure how to post them here. Is there any way to fix this?
Can you split this so it doesn't contain two esp? The whole purpose of a mod organizer is to not dig around deleting individual files out of a package.
Maybe NOT have the RUS version in the same file as ENG? I deleted the one i don't need as i DON'T need 2 esps. And YES, i clicked the MAIN FILE and got two

I have no idea why. I used Loot to sort my mods, used Wyre Bash to make my Bashed Patch, and used tes5edit to make a Merged Patch. I can confirm there is only one esp file for this mod, the English one.
Looks like you hadn't deleted one of the ESP-files from the mod archive. There are two of them - one for English version and one for Russian. You should use only 1 of them, in other hand all rings will duplicate.
Maybe you have Legacy of the Dragonborn mod installed? It already have "Legendary Rings" added into it. It can be the reason why those rings are duplicated.
I would love to see the Royal Signet ring, aka Helseth's Ring from the Tribunal expansion of Morrowind added to this - if you have Tribunal then give your new started character that gift by means of the console you won't regret it!

Also, on the Weatherward Circles? One is called the Weatherward Circlet. Maybe that will help?
