After noting an NPC (Lilia) just standing around all day I checked in the CK and she doesn't have any AI package. I also loved the idea that some of them hang out in Winterhold, but from what I can see, only one of your NPC:s goes there, and only on weekends.
Do you have any plans to update the mod? Until then I'll use an edited version of this great idea!
It is fairly easy for people to correct in xEdit. NPC > WXLilia then look for the packages section (in the middle of the right pane), Right click on the Blank section to the right of Packages, Select Add, F2, Click on the arrow, and select one or more appropriate packages (particuarly the ones starting with WC). I chose TravelToinn, WCollegeColettePractice and WCollegeTolfSandboxClassroom.
Yea, this was a WIP that got left behind. The stats are crazy e.g. zero health and 16,000 magika, no templates which are obviously for testing. Just needed a little more to get it across the line I would think. Too bad the author of immersive college of winterhold does not add 15 npcs?
Wow I didn't think anyone would bother making this mod! It's exactly what I was looking for. It always annoyed me that for a college there was not many students, guess skyrim also has student loan problems. Thank You so much for this! seriously! just in case you make further updates: - plenty more students, and they should be scattered throughout winterhold, from the college to the outer village, so it looks more campus like. - maybe interior/exterior extensions if possible? - or maybe overhaul the village exterior with dwemer architecture so it looks like a place of study. - oh and maybe more tutors too, and maybe even have like an assembly where we can see tutors and students together more often, to give that educational vibe. - there should probably be plenty of students roaming around the college entrance.

Well the college is seperated from the town because the Nords hate them and it is safe to keep it away. Get Immersive College of Winterhold, it overhauls all of the college greatly and it is such a great mod. Inconsequential NPCs add new voice acted students and a college guard, while Interesting NPCs adds some new voice acted students who give quests and have lots of dialogue.
This may seem like a small mod to many, but having spent endless hours at the college with ICW, this mod is a godsend for my immersion and overall atmosphere and for that i thank you.

Just thought i would pass on that there is 1 itm in the esp from this mod.

just in case you make further updates:
- plenty more students, and they should be scattered throughout winterhold, from the college to the outer village, so it looks more campus like.
