   I don't see what everyone's complaining about, looks pretty drastic difference in quality to me. Oh well, I'll be downloading it myself.

   I appreciate the author's effort, but ultimately I won't be using this mod since the armour just ends up looking spotty and it still looks 2-dimensional. Like I said, I appreciate his putting the effort into making this an option for us!

   Everything except of the male armor is 1K or even below that resolution and all textures are of poorer quality than the ones that come with the Official HD DLC so I really can't see what is HD on your mod.
   
   In terms of quality it's definitely a step back.

      Yeah, sorry to say it, but from those screens it would seem he just ramped up the contrast slider in photoshop and called it "high definition"
      
      Not to mention that if they look like this in a cave, I can only imagine how'd they stand out in bright sunlight...

      The textures have been vastly improved since the first version. If you look at the files and images again, you will find that they are HD.
