Literally been trien to get this to work for days now.. Innkeeper tells me about quest but never receive the notice letter.. Awesome idea and would love to use this, please help!
Hi! So this is one of my favorite follower mods, if only for the creative concept. I just have one issue. We were fighting, and he was transforming into all his animals and kicking ass, and suddenly he stopped transforming. He would only use his fists to fight. I tried fast traveling, save/load, dismissing, etc. No idea what happened. I do use AFT. Any ideas? Thanks!
I'm loving this mod. There is nothing funnier than seeing a goat fus-ro-daing stuf. A great idea, but I only have some complaints: The quest to get them haas no quest marker for some reason and finding that cave to the north of solitude was not easy :/. Also, I don't mind no voice acting, but the lack of any communication whatsoever, even text, is kind of disturbing, and for some reason, trading with him is weird, because if you don't end the conversation after asking to trade, you'll just stay there looking at each other like two constipated walruses. Except that, this is easily the most creative follower mod I've seen, and I can't wait for more stuff . Endorsed and tracking for now.
Here's an idea! The horker form only shows up when fighting near or in water and grants allies 100% faster swimming. It also spawns cheese. Everywhere. This mod has so many options! You still haven't used giants, hawks, hagravens, chickens (I'll be disappointed if you don't do a chicken of doom one), spiders, wraiths, spriggans... I'm excited :3.
I avoided aquatic forms because I had no idea now mods like Realistic Needs, etc. can tell if it's nearby. I did come up with a... somewhat cheaty solution though. I can just check if a fish or any aquatic creature is nearby instead! Will definitely add some next time.
I did consider chicken form a lot. My two main ideas for it is 1) an aura of dismay around it making enemies run away, ahem, like chickens or 2) make the chicken summon more chickens that explode.
Sounds interesting but you may wish to drastically increase his level cap, especially for those who use SkyRe, Requiem, Sands of Time (The Way of the Dovahkiin), etc as these overhauls make combat much more difficult in-game & a level 50 follower will stand no chance of survival, let alone be effective, in combat with one of these mods installed. Tracking for now. Peace.
I use SkyRE and I've used this mod from levels 17 to 23 now. He's actually pretty goddamn strong for those levels, I remember visiting Mzulft, he disappeared for a moment and when I found him, he was a goat standing on a pile of dead Falmers fighting a chaurus. I'll come back and tell my experience when I'm higher level. And while we're at it, does the armor rating he has when not transformed still affect him when he's transformed?
I've set him to unequip things when we transforms and to reequip them when he turns back to normal. I'm not entirely sure if this is the best thing to do though On one hand, customization is great. On the other hand, the player's armor doesn't work for him when he's transformed. I might change this at a later date.
