I'm sorry but this isn't how I envision the outfit of a group of assassins would wear. Hell even the vanilla one isn't so don't feel bad. Maybe lighten up the black just a tad bit and replace the red with a dark grey to stand out a bit from the black. With yours, the colors contrast way too much and the red seems way too easy to spot. Perhaps make the trim of the pauldron/shoulder area red and the rest grey or black. Just my opinion. If it suits you then that's really all that matters. =]
