The last three shout words are just a added bonus that wasent actually added into the game, but has voice files and effects (summons spectral clone). use at your own descreetsion. also, dont forget to replace all the x's with the loadorder number of your dlc's (find it on NMM or Wyre Bash etc.) and paste it into the shouts.txt below the player.modav without the other text or spaces obviosly.

Okay, here is the right way to use this mod: Extract the Shouts.txt file and open it up. save it as shouts and only as shouts, no file ext at all! Save it in your skyrim main folder, NOT the Data folder, the MAIN folder. Make sure the name of it is also shouts and only shouts. NO EXTENSIONS Once that is complete, load you game and load you save and hit the ` key. Right next to the one (1) key type bat shouts and then hit enter. Congrats, ur cooking with bear grease now

I know that is old, but no, if you already have a shout, you still normally absorbing it on the quest

I have the solution for your problems!
1.The Shouts file is downloaded in an 7zip folder.
2.Unpack the folder and open the .txt file in it.
    3.name & save it as " shouts.bat "
4.place the shouts.bat in your data folder!
5.go into skyrim, open consol & type in " bat shouts "
