I'm having the same issue in NMM, but with Special Edition, for some reason. I've updated my game to the most recent version of the Anniversary edition SKSE, and i'm getting a error that sites "jaxonzControlePlugin.dll" as the issue, despite not being listed in my load order or SSE Data Folder.
Version 1.3 Added functions to read values from private INI files.
This is distinct from SKSE Utility script INI file functions, which can only read Bethesda-defined INI values. This allows reading any value from any INI file.
It would be great if the INI file support included a function to get a list of the sections contained in the file, and a list of the keys within a given section. That way we could have INI files whose contents are discovered at run time.

Recompiled SKSE plugin DLL as Release so that it should work on all systems

Same files reposted as loose file archive. It was determined that the SKSE DLL packaged within a BSA would not work without extraction.
