    I'll save you some time:

    MOD ORGANIZER 2 USERS:
    Open M02, clic the puzzle button (left side) and below [Archive] write the next sentence:
    sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa

    Save and go.

    For the rest of the users:
    Go to C:\Users\<youruser>\Documents\My Games\Skyrim

    Open Skyrim.ini (or just Skyrim if you don't see the .ini) with Notepad and write:
    [Archive]
    sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa

    Is you already see the [Archive] flag just paste the line below it.

    Good day.

    Then the Creator of this mod should Put this in the Desc.

    1.Enter to Documents and My Games
    2.Skyrim and then enter to Skyrim Config Settings not to SkyrimPrefs
    3.Copy this:

    [Archive]
    sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa

    And will work."

      Yap, confirmed.

      Add:

      [Archive]
      sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa

      in to the Skyrim.ini file, and that old fool talks like normal now and opens the door.

      I don't freaking get it. I've tried this and almost a dozen other supposed miracle cures and nothing works, absolutely nothing. I do play a heavily modded skyrim yes; but I can't just try playing without these mods and just getting past the part I need done because my system relies on these mods to continue. This means that if I try to disable all of the mods on my current save, the game will freeze and I have to perform a complete manual shutdown of my computer to leave the game at all. I don't know if you have some other trick up your sleeve or what, but at this point I'm out of ideas.

      If your using Mod Organizer make sure you add the line

      sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa

      to the archive section of Skyrim.ini THROUGH MO (the puzzle icon, ini editor).

      Otherwise your profile may not get this fix. Once you have it on a profile all new profiles that are copied from that one will have the line.
      Hope this helps someone.

      BTW: If you don't have this line in some of your profiles, you can go to your mod organizer/profiles/profile name folder and add it manually or simply switch to that profile and edit the ini as above.

      Thanks for linking the alternative! The only thing this one changed in my game was that it started CTD'ing as soon as I loaded my game.

    For me, I found that neither the shared script method; nor this mod fixed my issue. So, I looked for another mod to fix it, and found that this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65670/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D65670&pUp=1 mod worked for me - without crashing, or straight up not working-

    I don't understand why the Unofficial Skyrim Patch did not fix this.
    It's not like it's a small bug or something ...
