   Actually that calls for a proper replacer rather than mesh change, or at least a glass retex to make unique blade look unique.

      Im thinking more of a Ice Blue type Retexture Color
      
      I found this Mod, but its for the Vanilla Glass Swords in witch i hope Huanes can Change the Color for the Pale Blade Only.

      Just wondering if you can, is it possible for you to Reshape the Pale Draugr Blade, or can you only recolor or replace it.

      The little skill I have extends only to NifScope, Photoshop and Creation Kit. No shapes sadly.
      
      I think I can make it white, grey or pale blue or green. You name it.
      
      Look at the posts for what you've linked. That mod is just Chillrend without enchantments.

      If you only want white, then I'll use the Chillrend texture.
      
      Edit: Chillrend is pale blue. Then I have to do some "coloring" to make it pure white
