Hit any actor with Bio Duplicator to copy their base DNA
Fire the spell again anywhere to create a duplicate of the targeted actor
Uses 5 Filled Grand soul gems on creation
Fire the reset spell to pick another biological to copy
Sometimes the actors can get stuck underground, usually only happens in citys or really flat areas, will tweak in discworld
