It is a destruction spell. If your high level destruction magic user it does a decent amount of damage. does cost a lot of MP. has a narrow hit range so u have to be right on target but it does explode on contact so u can aim near a person an hit them with the explosion. explosion can take out more then 1 person. No spell book location as far as i know just use console commands to additem or addspell. Also BE CAREFUL it is like unrelenting force as it will send people flying backwards but sometimes it knocks them out of the ballpark like a home run or for those of u that dont follow baseball, it launches them into the sky flinging them like a catapult would. I mean flings them so far that its like sending them to space LOL Its a one handed spell an idk how long it takes to cast cause of a mod that lets me cast any spell immediately. Is that a good enough description for eveyone? LOL Cool mod TY :)
