I must have seen The Last Starfighter about a thousand times back in the 80s when I was a kid, but earlier today I watched it for the first time in at least 20 years and now I randomly come across this........ How can I refuse.... (well, maybe if I just watched someones face get melted... and I had a little interstellar communicator made from a digital watch )
(on a side note, my memory of that movie was formed from retail VHS copies, today I watched that 25th anniversary remastered 1080p version and all I could think was something to the effect of wow)
Greetings,very nice mod indeed,great job.....but in my case all bridges on the way to the collage are moved somehow in all directions so it's kind a tricky to take a spell tome.....of course I can always hit TCL in consolle comand....just try to see if you can fix it please
Well thanks for your offer buddy but I'm ok really Maibe is because of some confrontation whit other modes that I use......anyhow it's really good mod and I hope that those who can use it whitout problems will enjoy greatly!!!
Dude the spell hits EVERYTHING, like if you use it it will fire randomly and hit you, technically if you fire it you are using it against yourself anyway This has got to be by all means the worst possible spell to ever use lol That being said, ya, I think I tagged it as destruction so they will fire it at something
On the other hand, when I played Baldur's Gate I had fun casting "gate" to summon high level demons and not bothering to cast "protection from evil" first. On the other hand, the demons attacked what was closest first and one could just make ones escape during the battle. Same here, judging from the video "cast, dodge and run away" should significantly increase the your chance of survival.
Still insane stuff are fun, who remember the sapient sword Lilacor that would do it's best to drive it's owner mad? And Lilacor mentioned that it's brother was a "hackmaster +12", someone made of mod with that sword, apparently it was so sharp that it could not be placed on wall hangers because it would just cut thru the supports. And it had a chance on inflicting a vorpad hit (instant death) on the wielder! And failing that, one would never be at full health when wielding it due to constant small cuts from the blade. So this Death Blossom spell seem like fun, I remember the attack in "the last Starfighter", better hope your inertial dampers are in working order!
Lol The next one is a bit op to, probably have it by tomorrow, prob be the last one i do till alpha release unless i get bored Its a insta kill spell but it has its surprises and I'm adding reagents needed to cast, don't think thats been done before but maybe it has
Ok. Here's why I ask. I am soon adding a new boss to my mod a Sands of a Time. He will be a Mephala Master Assassin. I already have deadly Mephala Assasins in the game. Your spell I believe is what he needs as a highly visual crazy weapon. I will make him immortal for 60 seconds while the spell runs.
Would you be willing to give permission for your spell to be merged with my mod? Full credit will be given. Interested in any other spells you make for the same reason.

Sure go for it It will be a b&@*$ to integrate but not as bad as the Toasty spell, I believe every part is "0_" to start so should be easy to find, there are sometimes test one that I didn't use that are named correctly so be careful of red herrings
And ya you dont really have to give it to the boss, you can just script a deathblossom.cast(badguy, playerref) Or you can give it to him and add to the existing script a line that makes him invincible for 60 seconds
All I ask is you change the script name, I am already going to have to tell everyone to uninstall all of these before discworld anyway
Excellent! Will do. The casting indeed will be easier if I can just script it. Skyrim is not great at allowing a NPC to switch spells. This is very cool, thank you!
make it a two handed Master rank spell and you have something here, also a lower level single pluse spell and night level mutli pluse spell and you have a new tree of magic spells
honestly that is a good idea but wont happen in this one maybe in Discworld, all of these spells im churning out will be in the discworld mod and refined a bit more, like I am looking at requiring reagents to fire most of these, trying that with the next one which will vaporize a target into blood and bones and pile of ash lol I figured some of this is too powerful and requiring reagents would be kind of a good compromise
Mostly I wanted a bunch of funny/cool spells to be in the discworld alpha so I've been throwing them out as standalones to get some more interest in discworld All of these mods will need to be uninstalled before discworld most likely because I am refining the scripts more and the scriptnames will be in a BSA so these old ones will overwrite which will suck
This will be perfect for clearing out those Falmer infested tunnels...ohohoh...those damn Reiklings, yes!!! Will it stick to a dragon and throw off flaming death as her flies around? Oh this is gonna be so much fun!
