however ill put up a warning for anyone using the "become jarl of ivarstead" mod that this house is right in the middle of redskull spawn areas and wandering out of front door will often leave you fighting approx 15 to 20 redskull bandits..
I thoroughly enjoy this mod but I encountered a problem where there was no box with the key. I used the console command unlock to open the doors and it's lovely. On a side note is there an item ID for the key?
I like the house, because I'm a fan of not-over-the-top houses that would fit well into Skyrim's world, but I do have one question: You suggest Real Shelter, but on Real Shelter's page it implies that all of the areas of shelter were hand-edited ("All of Skyrim is sheltered including camps and tents >>(please report any missed)<<." ) Does this mean you made the same edits for The Aspen Shack to make it compatible?

You can set the hangout area. Altough i think you can do so in AFT so i recommend you to switch it from UFO... Now, i think you can use My Home is Your home but i think it only works with cells. Try AFT
Looks really nice, not much of a ''shack'' though that big. It even has a watch tower! haha. I reckon ''open world'' means you don't load into the house?
