So, what's the difference between the lore friendly and not?

The lore-friendly version does not contain the change for Sanguine's Rose, as the lore for that particular item states that a petal falls off after each use, and it eventually withers and dies after the last petal falls.

You missed out the rueful axe (probably on purpose I guess since it doesn't count towards the oblivion walker achievement but it's still kind of daedric)

Apart from Volendrung being Dwemer made, and the rose od Sanguine (maybe you can plant it and grown a new one)

I agree with all but the Rose of Sanguine being unlimited, this is because in lore each use is supposed to wilt a petal of the rose eventually making it it die and sprout anew in Sanguines domain

I was a bit tentative about adding that one. As a stickler for lore-friendliness, I appreciate that post, as I was unaware of that.

How it works with mods that modify stats of those items?
Compatible or ''last in order wins''?

So long as the mods do not modify the enchantments of the items, there should be no incompatibility.

If they do modify the enchantments, then the mod will likely not work unless it is last in the order.

For instance, a mod that modifies the base damage of Dawnbreaker would work perfectly well with this mod, but if it modified the enchantment on Dawnbreaker, whichever mod was loaded last would take precedence (If theirs was last, their enchantment would be on the sword, but it would likely use up charges. That depends on how they made their mod, though).
