Edit: Nevermind. It turns out, this will work in SE. You just have to go to Data/Textures/Armor/atomec/blades , then add a new folder there, called dracotorre , put the retexture file in that folder, and rename it to hakama_female-Blk.dds .
And for those of you wondering, you can still download the Hakama outfit for SSE from here:
The clipping with the boots is not something I nor anyone can fix, since the meshes aren't finetuned to each other clipping will occur (since I assume you're using boots from another mod).
The issue with the legs is also caused by something else, the original hakama doesn't have feet attached to the hakama armor so the game just applies the vanilla feet, if u got something that changed the meshes/textures from the vanilla feet then it also applies the changed values. Do u also have a problem with the legs when u unequip your character from all armors, and then only apply the hakama armor?
Added a Fairy Tail version now, I'm not 100% satisfied with the results. But I can't do a lot better due to the creases in the hakama (erza's version are used with pants).
Still the result is nice though, if I may say so myself.

Awesome, good job.
Might make a retexture of it soon.
