@QuickFox: Heck if i know how i "fixed" it. i just reinstalled all the mod files and everything works fine. Other mods that replace armors or otherwise make Linwen's variant useable all had invisible arms as an oversight. A surprising amount of Skyrim players use third-person exclusively so it doesn't gets noticed.
Also, just a suggestion, but when you package a RAR of your files, most modders create the DATA/MESHES/WHAT/EVER/FOLDERS to simplify a drag'n'drop install. Also include a README, at least with instructions if you're not going to include the full filepath. This could have been my problem when i installed the first time.
i DiD test the mod. in my game, i still don't have any visible arms. in future, please ask friendly bug reporters before making assumptions. LOL
EDiT : Fix'd! is it possible to simply fix the "glitched" Linwe mesh by swapping it with your arms-now-visible version? if possible, i'd like to keep my leather armor vanilla.
@xxxSkullbanexxx: For textures Im not certain, as I only replaced the meshes which automatically reference their corresponding texture... but the meshes in question are listed under armor \ thievesguild and all have the word 'variant' in their name to distinguish them from the other thieves guild armors.
@QuickFox Hey mate , can you please tell me which are the textures of linwe's armor ? Cause i tried that myself once and couldn't find this armor's textures and always wondered why :S
First person animations don't show arms. (hands- yes, arms- no) it's not necessarily a "bug" though. Because the armor is only worn by an NPC who can't die, they never modeled arms on the first person view model. Should probably include this in the description.
