Unpack the .rar file.
To install simply place the .esp and .bsa files in your Skyrim/Data folder (default path should be something like:
'c:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data') and then tick the box in 'Data Files' on the start-up screen.
