I have tried it. I didn't take the spell using the ID provided in the description because it's way inaccurate (ID can be wrong, for some reasons, maybe the game changes it by itself?). Instead i used help "hand" menu (note: I tried to use help "god hand" but no result, so i used "hand" only and finally i found it).
There are two spells with the same name, God Hand. It's destruction spell, with the form of fireball. One of them has 40 damage with 0 magicka cost, and the other has 9999 damage with 0 magicka cost! So basically u won't run out of magicka cuz it doesn't cost any magicka at all to be casted, which make it an OP spell. Furthermore, because it doesn't cost any magicka to be casted, it doesn't increase destruction perk. Or at least that's my assumption. As long as i have tried, i didn't level up my perk at all (especially destruction perk) using this spell, even a single point. I guess this is the downside.
And of course i don't have any plan to use it in my game in the future, cuz using OP spell doesn't feel good :p
hey man. The spell DI to add a spell with the consol is dependent on your own specifi mod steup (how many you have) so it will not be the same for other people as it is for you.
