Very nice of you to share this. You should link ECE requirement on your front page file description since it's absolutely necessary. Otherwise people who don't know what ECE is will be very confused.
To answer the post below... Requirements:
You at least need Enhanced Character Edit installed first. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12951/? Make sure you check ECE's requirements as well. I know it requires SKSE. It is linked on the description page somewhere.
Recommended (for a more accurate look-alike):
SG Female Textures Renewel (You need CBBE or UNP body replacer for this). http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35267/?
SG Hair Pack -no link- I can't link you to a copy of this... for reasons. You'll need to search yourself out a copy with Google. Good luck.

I don't know what body type the author uses, or what custom skeleton. May be using dual sheath redux.
Last step is to drop the file in the correct location: (your documents folder here).../my games/skyrim/CME_save
