How does one acquire ScriptDragon? When I tried to get it, it told me it was forbidden and that I didn't have permission to visit the site to get it.
Update: I did find it from a comment on the second page of this(From where I posted)

I do not know what's wrong. Everything worked perfectly. The program even detected shouts that were difficult to pronounce. After a long break, the program works as if it does the same but does not perform power. The shouts change smoothly and the program detects them very well as before. When I start the notebook, thuumic only enters ";" what is the button for me to change the power as i set it in settings.
I tried to change the shout hotkey, of course I set the same in the game and in the program. I installed thuumic and script dragon again. I tried to restart everything and restore the settings to their defaults. I searched the internet and found maybe 2-3 posts in which people had the same problem but no one answered them.
I have practically the same mods as I had before when the program worked perfectly. Thuumic is started as an administrator.
I tried everything and nothing fixed the problem. I would be grateful for help.

Since this is an awesome mod that has no true replacement for what it does (SkyVoice having terrible issues since it's based on recognition macros) I've spent several hours trying to get it to work again, and I want to share my knowledge. This all applies to Windows 7, I don't know what difference is it on other versions.

So, how to get this mod to work:

    1) Get Script Dragon. It won't conflict with SKSE, don't worry. You need to download a file from http://www.dev-c.com/skyrim/scriptdragon/ and copy two .dll from the /bin folder of the downloaded archive into your Skyrim folder (next to your skyrim exe). Yes, just two .dll files, NOTHING else!

    2) Get this mod (top file in the Files section). Install it. When presented with options, choose to install the " Dragon Word Translator" if you want it, but DO NOT choose to install silent shouts. If you want silent shouts get this mod instead and install it through mod manager of your choice http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48744/?

    3) Now run Thuumic and get it to recognize at least something. Wuld and Feim is usually very easy. Learn two different words it recognizes well for you - like, Wuld vs Feim. Practice saying Wuld - Feim - Wuld - Feim and make sure it displays properly every time.
    - If you can't get it to do even that, try checking out if your mic is working all right, once you're sure it is - go Control Panel -> Speech and check out options there, maybe you need to fix your mic, maybe you need to teach your pc to recognize your voice...

    4) Go to settings:
    - set your "Hotkey to trigger shout switching" to anything you don't use in Skyrim that also doesn't cause problems like getting you out of the game (I use F3).
    - set your shout hotkey to whatever you use in game
    - set your "call horse" command to something unpronouncable like "ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"
    - everything else default (PTT should be off, general delay should be 160), also make sure in main window "Safe" is "off"

    4) Now start Skyrim (as you usually do, most likely through SKSE), load a save. It should say [Thuumic Shouter Launched] in the top left. It should NOT repeatedly say "looking for Thuumic".
    - If it does, close skyrim, close thuumic, launch thuumic, make sure it's working and recognizing at least those two shouts, start skyrim again...
    - If it says neither, check if dinput8.dll, ScriptDragon.dll, ThuumicShouter files are installed in your Skyrim root

    5) Make sure you have the shouts you picked above learned (if not - use player.teachword and player.setav dragonsouls to learn a word and give yourself souls to unlock it), turn on god mode (for no shout cooldown).

    6) Now, it should start working: When you say Wuld it should cast Wuld, when you say Feim it should cast Feim.
    - If it does not do anything, select a power or a shout. If it does cast the selected power but does not change to a shout you say, refer to next point
    - If it does cast a shout/power, but does not switch shouts (so it keeps casting selected shout/power even though you shout Wuld, Feim, or w/e) then try increasing "general delay" in increments of 20 (180, 200). Go to menu in Skyrim, alt-tab, change delay in Thuumic, save changes, go back to Skyrim, reload save, try again. Eventually you should find a delay that works for you. For me it was 220.
    - If no delay helps, maybe you should try other "shout switching key". Basically try different F keys, one of them should work
    - If, however, it does not cast anything even when a shout or power is selected, check if you specified your key correctly. Check the key you're using ingame to shout, then open notepad and say something and this key must appear as if you've typed it (like, if it's Z, then Z should appear). Try restarting everything again.

    7) After you get it to work on a basic level, try shouting 2 or 3 word shouts. You'll most likely notice you only get 1 word in-game even if you say all 3 words (and Thuumic recognizes all 3). Here's how you fix it:
    - There are two global variables, shouttime1 and shouttime2, that control how long you hold the button to cast 2 or 3 word shout. By default (in my game at least) they're equal to .2 and .9, meaning, you need to hold down for 200ms to get 2-word shout and 900ms for 3-word shout. So if you input 250ms and 950ms as delay values for 2 and 3 word shouts in Thuumic, it should work. Try it. Keep increasing until you start getting it perfectly (you might want to find a shout you can reliably shout 2 and 3 word version of - like, I can't say "Tiid Klo" without it recognizing the third word of that shout).
    - You can as well make a simple mod in creation kit. Open Skyrim.esm, don't set anything as active, let it load, go Gameplay->Settings, find the variables and set them to values you prefer. Save as a mod file and enable it in the launcher. Set delay in Thuumic to values a bit bigger than whatever you've set, and it should work. I've set it to 40 and 115, so that Thuumic's 50 and 125 have some room for mistake. You can probably fine-tune it more (like, 25 and 50) to get less shout delay in-game.

EDIT: Now it seems the "QuickShouts.esp" that comes with the ThuuMic should actually do this for you. However, it has some errors when opening it with creation kit, and it seems to to work for everybody based on the abundance of complaints... Plus it has values of 50 and 100 - no error margin for 2-word shouts... Dunno, maybe you should try using it and only if it doesn't work, go for a custom solution I provided above

8 ) After you fix that, you will probably notice Thuumic constantly misunderstands you in some specific cases. For example, it keeps messing Fus Roh Dah for me - it recognizes Fus as Faas and Fus Roh Dah as Faas Ru Maar. Or it recognizes my Tiid as Zul. How do you fix it?
    - You can try going Control Panel - Speech - and teaching your computer to better recognize your voice. May help, but for me it didn't.
    - If you're not using the shout it confuses your shout with, you can edit ThuumicShouter.ini to link them all to the same shout. So even if it recognizes Faas it will treat it as Fus. In order to do that, open the file in notepad, and find the string with the shout that is mistakenly recognizes. For example, for Faas:

    Fahss|1|5FAAS|1|Faas|DISMAY 1|F1S

Now, find the string for the shout you want it to recognize as. For example, Fus:

    Foos|1|5FUS|1|Fus|UNRELENTING FORCE 1|FUS

Now you replace everything after the first | symbol with data from the other string. So you get

    Fahss|1|5FUS|1|Fus[Faas]|UNRELENTING FORCE 1|FUS

You can edit the text representation of the recognized words like I did (Fus[Faas])) so that you see in the Thuumic app what was recognized actually (if you just replace it you will have no way of knowing wether Thuumic heard "Fus" or "Faas" ).

So now even if it will recognize Faas it will send "Fus" to the game

You can do the same for all other cases (each set of words is a separate row - so if you need to change Faas Ru Maar to Fus Roh Dah, you'll need to edit another row, etc.) I had to replace Faas, Faas Ru, Faas Ru Maar and Zul.

Now you may think, maybe I can edit the text itself so that it differentiates between words better. Like, change "Foos" to "Fools" or "Fuchs" maybe then it won't mistake it for "Faas". I tried and it didn't work. Thuumic gone nuts, started showing wierd s#*! (shout called "i" with no dragon tongue text when I say Wuld etc.) I tend to think for everything except the Horse, the text is somehow hardcoded... Like, I tried changing "Hircine Grant Me Power" to "Grant Me Power" and it would still respond to the original phrase, but won't to the shortened one. But at least you can do what I described above, unless of course Thuumic mixes two shouts that you're using actively.

    --------------
    Hope this helps.

first off, nice post. would you have an idea how to fix the issue where it wont "push the hotkey"? thuumic worked fine before, suddenlys it stops triggering the shout hotkey. help would be greatly appreciated.
      -helped myself,
once i was dragonborn but then i took an arrow to the head. save shouts are a real killer if you havent used the program in a while^^...

Your post has fixed my problem even now. Everything worked for me, but shouts did not change even though the program was able to detect what I was saying. The author should pin your post somewhere high or copy it into description cuz it's really helpfull. Nice work!

Can you at least make this mod open source so other people can finish what you started?

After so much setting switching and other basic problem solving i made it for Win 10 :)
    Great Mod!
For all who try this aswell here are the steps that worked for me: (I got Win10 Pro in German Language)
    1. Download Script Dragon and drag bin Files in your Skyrim Game Folder
    2. Download via Win Settings Language the English Language and the English Voice Recognition Package
    3. Download and install Thuumic Shouter with Silent Shouts checked
    4. Try out if it recognizes your Shouts. If it does u just have to figure out the best settings for the Shout Delays.
For me Tier 2 is on 400 and Tier 3 is at 1000
With this settings it works perfectly ingame for me and i hope for you too :)
