Installation:
Drop the .esp into your \Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data
usually found in program files.
Or use NMM or any other mod installer.

Description
Having tried several other magic perk overhaul mods I decided to make my own more to my tastes.
This mod attempts to fix the vanilla unbalance between mages and warriors; this is achieved by adding a stacking cost decrease on every further perk in any magic perk tree so that by master perks all spells that are easier to cast than master spells are either cheap, or free.

It also augments the Stability perk, making it apply its buff to all spells.
