tip for the ones who want every small rock ( vurt included, not sure if unique groundcovers also) removed can do the following:
Download the blank mesh from small rocks removed here. (So you already have the folder)
Now copy the rockgrass01.nif 5 times and rename them to the following (these are all):
and replace this in your landscape/grass folder. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ and USER: Salovas17
Just look for the underwater grasses added by those mods in your folders. Make copies of the meshes added by this mod and rename those copies to replace the meshes of the seaweeds, and whatever else you want gone added by that mod. Cake.
hello, is it possible to convert this mod for ps3? I think it is but i don't know how to do it.. I converted other mods for ps3, like removing the shadows, but this mod for remove the grass/stuff didn't work..
I ain't even going to ask why are you playin on last gen console still, but I'm gonna say that I don't think you need performance mods for it since skyrim plays fine on ps3 in my knowledge
For those who in doubt which mod better: this or Insignificant Object Remover. You can use both. They complement each other. Things not affected by IOR - affected by this, and vice versa.
Those mods do almost same thing in different ways. Remove Underwater Grass uses blank mesh so loaded stuff are sort of "invisible". Insignificant Object Remover tell game to not load this stuff at all.
Advantages of both mods: Insignificant Object Remover + obviously, "load empty stuff" give you less performance then "not load stuff" Remove Underwater Grass + no esp slot; no esp - no compatibility/load order problems if another mod touches affected records + stuff from other mods also will be affected (if they use affected meshes of course)
This works as it said, Endorsed. There still remains some peddles and water grass from other mod(e.g. grass mod). So I simply rename blank nif file to overwrite them.
I'm adding a comment even though It's probably never going to be seen, Just a thought could you make a mod where ALL grass in Skyrim is removed, My game runs fairly nice on my PC but I just thought it would be a nice thing to have, My game feels like it runs around 25FPS though I don't have a counter so I don't know exactly.
hi, if you download Grass on steroids you can have the grass like if it was on low setting AND an fps boost like if it was turned off. But if you just don't want it, set in your documents\my games\skyrim\skyrim.ini

If its still a problem then here, have a tip. Install it manually, letting it overwrite the mesh in the data folder, since its just a set of mesh files.

Installed this via Mod Organizer but just can't get it to work as grass still shows under water. Help?
