Haha, he would be a cool addition! In "Become Jarl of Ivarstead," the RedSkulls actually have yellow-orange skin, and they paint their faces with a red skull.
Okay, I'm back with another similar and perhaps equally stupid question:
Where do you find the 100 Red Skull Crania you need to convince the Jarl of Riften that you are serious? I appear to have hunted down every one I can find in the vicinity of Ivarstead, and have even cleaned out the Red Skull Fort. I also gathered up all the crania of the fallen Red Skulls at the big battle north of Riften. Do they have any other lair that I can raid somewhere?
If not, can this mod be made to respawn more Red Skulls at the Fort?
Hello Infinity, this mod is a work-in-progress, and at the moment simply fixes some clipping issues and one of the main problems people have had with the quest line. Now, no one has to cheat to get the food, and they can get it in a lore-friendly way. I plan to expand this mod.
