   Don't care if this isn't lore-friendly. I just want to RP my player home guards to have a bludgeon weapon that has an in-built rules list holder in it and one of the rules says: "no hostiles allowed."

   Too bad you can't make it so that each time you use it in combat, Urag gro-Shub from the Winterhold Arcaneum loses more and more relationship with you. "You used WHAT as a weapon? ARE YOU INSANE?!?!?"
