Basically its a mod that replaces the Alchemy Enchant and the Smithing Enchant from any item in-game with a Destruction Damage Power (id how this value works in-game tho) mod and a Damage Resist Enchant (basically an enchant that gives armor) from both vanilla and modded, even those they are already made/used.
To install, remove any item which has those enchants on, since it would make an error. And remove/deactivate the esp to uninstall.
