   Not bad for a first mod. It's better than adding a rename of a a skyforge steel sword or something along those lines.

      A little tip of advice, you should always include some sort of way to know where it's at, also add a map marker, otherwise it can be very frustrating to find the house every time you want to return to it.

   Looks nice and simple, but......where is it located?
   
   Is it navmeshed for followers?

      i will add navmesh I forgot, but there is a marker, containers are safe
