I am assuming the mod author has abandoned since they are not answering questions. That's a shame since I cannot get this to work either. I have the original - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54412/? - and this mod overwrites the esp file from it, which doesn't make it very standalone. But you still get only the original colors, and not this recolor. If anyone figures it out, please do post.
Apparently the non-straps version will work (loose files, not BSA) but it overwrites the original mod, and it doesn't have the cool leg straps. I hope the mod author will come back someday and fix this so the main version actually works, and is indeed standalone and doesn't overwrite the original mod so both can be used in game.
I might mave a solution. I had the same problem as you - I had the original armor and tried to add this retexture and only the original armor showed up in game. But... it works (at least for me) if you delete the original mod (from meshes and textures folders) and only have the .esb and .bsa files from this retexture mod in your data folder. And yeah that doesn't make it standalone since you have to choose between this retexture or the original.. but now this retexture shows up in my game without any problems. And it's really pretty! Hope this helps

I am using CBBE body mod and i use the nude version, so i can see her crotch(dunno if I'm allowed to use other words). Is there any way to add something underneath the crotch area?

I love this retexture of this armor and cannot start a new game without it.
