Okay, so I looked through the files real quick in TES5Edit and I discovered what is causing the model to be invisible. The paths have a slight error in them.
There's a really simple fix to be done-
Go to your Skyrim folder- then to Data\Meshes\armor. In that folder you'll find the 'Ghost Rider' folder. In the same folder (armor) - make a new folder titled '0Avengers'. Then, place the Ghost Rider folder inside of the newly created folder. Then do the same thing for Data\Textures\Armor.
The problem with this is when the head and body meshes fault mixture, eg meridia feel the same, you pick it up and change her clothes and next steps: .. 1 has put his body, to the head disappear.

but the guy is invisible.
took "GHOST" way too literal!
