I could probably add some "blessed" versions of steel weapons that use the special Dawnguard enchantment.
However, custom models are far beyond my abilities and not something I'm interested in learning how to do. If some enterprising modeler created some weapons that followed the Dawnguard aesthetic, I'd happily include them.

Everybody forgets about mages being a Mage is super fun but there are no faction robes it would be appreciated if you could make dawn guard robes that are slim
As for the vanilla effects of Dawnguard armours, the game looks for a specific keyword (ItemDawnguard, I think) and applies a hidden perk when it sees them equipped. So long as you left the keywords on the items alone, all the regular effects should remain.
