   Hey, I can find him in the inn, but there are only to options when I talk to him, "you know..." and the whistle thing, and when I select the you know one, the only option is "nothing, sorry". Could you help me?

      the only thing i can suggest is to uninstall the mod and reinstall it. i haven't found any mods that can affect this mod as of yet.. but other mods could affect this 1 from working properly..
