Just 1 question: requires Dragonborn for obvious reasons and Dawnguard for some parts of the architecture inside the house, but is Hearthfire required as well?

(of course, as a WereBear, this would no longer *bug* Valsk... ) Squashy is just bustin' yer chops here, other than the disgusting hay-bed, it looks like a fine house in a handy location!!

The vine, food and the oven are from Hearthfires.
considering this, did you really not think about NOT using a 'flea and tick ridden' Hay-Bed????
