I like the change but making paralyze not dispel on hit makes it from better to worse for me.
15 seconds of nonstop hitting of some boss draugr or any non draconic being? It makes any difficulties game provide, obsolete! Especially with items of lowering cooldowns/mods etc,...
Either remove this non-dispel on hit feature or lower the duration of ice paralyze. I would propose an idea of 4-6-8 of paralyze.
Otherwise I think your idea is good and I welcome it!
