Just wanted to say what a great mod this is! I've played with it for a bit and it works great for me! I can now mix light/heavy armor and wear 3 (or more) pieces of armor to get the perk bonuses. So with this mod you're doing 2 things while most mods are only doing taking away the requirement for the helmet!!! Thanks so much for sharing such an awesome mod! I'm not sure why you don't have more endorsements but I'm sure you'll get there as soon as word spreads. Thanks again!!!
Very good idea. The problem beginns, if you use Bandoliers with the changes of CCO. There your bandolier have sometimes light armor. Your thinking is very good.
Thanks for your encouragement!! I upload a v2 version. In the v2 version, perk trees won't be modded for making this mod more compatible with other mods. And I will integrate the new perks added in v1.0 into vanilla perks to make players pay lesser perk points for getting those effects.
