Hey - i have a Sandor Clegane save game... i don't know how to make him as a follower but if you want to try i Can send you this save. Here's screenshot how i made him looks like:
It is unreproducible if there is no texture of a face. The same may be said of a hair form. If there is no data of a hairstyle, there is only using the existing thing.
