   No that wasn't by design. I only recently found that it can do that. The only useful reason to disenchant it as of right now is a lot of free enchanting levels. It can't be added to any other items.

   Looks like it can be disenchanted, and adds "Arcane Force" to the list of enchantments. But it can't be applied to any base items I tried. By design?

   infinite MP, great. having more than one with partial bonuses grants us stack bonuses?
