   I can get a dragon quite easily to be a summon just by getting all three words of Bend Will in the Dragonborn DLC. Plus, you have Odahviing (in base game), as well as Durnehviir (Dawnguard DLC). Not really seeing the point of this mod, since I would assume many players of Skyrim would have the DLC....
