I think she/he is talking about your very low-res screenshots.

Haha. If you ever get to Alpha one of us'll have to give you some pretty high-res ENB'ed screenshots to use
Definitely going to track this, good luck!

Sounds really promising. I will track this for sure. Keep it up mate.

Edit: I took a look at your mod in game and I have to say, it looks really good, but, I don't know why, some barrels and a bench floating in the air, near the bridge to Riverwood, on the right side and some Lanterns, too.
But Riverwood looks really cool now with the extra houses. Very well done!

How odd... are you running any other mods?? I haven't added any lanterns yet.

That was exactly what I was talking about in my post before I edited it. The first time I loaded your mod and went to Riverwood... that house was invisible... so what I saw was some barrels that appeared to be floating in the air.

When I came back... after looking at your town screen shot... the house was fully there/view-able... and it has continued to be fine.

Erm yes, I have Lanterns of Skyrim installed and I think this mod is not compatible with yours.

I played around with it today and thought the new buildings were really cool. I was a little worried about the camp that Zora Fairchild and her Sister uses (Interesting NPC's I believe)... and I had wondered about Larry's house from Henrik's Tomb Revisited... oh, and you missed the Watchtower from Silvercrest Tomb... so that's good

      *Thumbs up!*

[edit]It feels to me that there is one bridge to many. I can't wrap my head around why they would have built/used the resources to build that middle (covered) bridge. Maybe a small fishing boat there instead?

This is the stairs to the guard walkway (road overlook) that is right next to the Sleeping Giant Inn. There is a strange errrr occlusion hole?... where stuff disappears and reappears quickly when walking to go up the stairs.

Definitely going to ask the "Interesting NPCs" team to let me create a compatibility patch when I'm done with Riverwood. Haven't tried the other mods yet.

The bridge was a bit of a problem for me too, cause everyone in-game keeps saying riverwood doesn't have a wall, and it's pretty much defenseless, so I didn't want to make a fort out of it, but I also needed something along the river because it has bearing on the story, so I sort of compromised with the bridge.

Yeah the "occlusion hole".... I've seen it before and I don't know how it got there, it is on top of my bug list. Will take someone smarter than me to figure it out though

      Hi Gorty,

I just wanted to be clear. You are not in conflict with Zora's camp. Their camp is on the other-side of the wall... on the same side... of Sven and Hilde's house.

      http://i.imgur.com/tru8jMV.jpg

You are also not in conflict with the tower from Silvercrest Tomb. It is on the otherside of the fallen tree by the house you added that has the chicken coops. Silvercrest is an older mod... I wonder how many still have it. [edit] Note, that's Zora's Sister running on the ground between the tower and the fallen tree... I don't even want to know what she was doing over there.

      http://i.imgur.com/7zUNLxv.jpg

Larry's home is to far away... but Greensmurf changed that area just a little and added some stuff closer to Zora's camp. You can see the fence line in the shot... between the fallen trees and the pine.

      http://i.imgur.com/XPNd1T0.jpg

Also, Somebody parked their damn Gypsy Caravan in that open area next to the Sleeping Giant Inn.

      http://i.imgur.com/uigcSXb.jpg

Oh Wait, I did that... never mind... I guess I'll just have to move it later.

Fixed the occlusion bug... tried one thing, tried another, nothing worked so I decided to quit with the fancy stuff and plugged a house in there, can't see the hole anymore

Well God bless you I sure hope you haven't bit off more than you can chew.
Just my two-cents but there's a LOT of popular mods that edit that area round riverwood, you might want to rethink that approach.
    God bless you now.

This is big, I mean the work will be huge. I'll be tracking this, wonder when it'll be finished tho.
I don't know what's in your mind tho, but I think putting some "nobility" in the Clans can work out pretty well. Like how Battle-Born can get lords like "Earl, Viscount..." in their house because they're so close to the Empire, but Grey-Mane only have a Baron at least and in danger of being wiped out. Meanwhile, the Black-Briar is trying to get into the House of Lords with their wealth, Maven is trying to be a Duchess?

Anyway, good luck on the project.

Ah sorry, it seems I'm much mistaken. "Jarl" is "Earl" already and Norse nobility doesn't work like British.

Looks great, good job. However the house next to the blacksmith is in the way of my favourite house mod.

this sounds interesting with lots of potential

next if at all possible you should add stuff like

Ranks that you can increase by, and by doing missions/quest like assassination runs, bounty hunting, killing potential threats that threaten a Clan including wild beast of some sort.

after completing some you should become the leader of the clan after some hard work and dedication and treat it like a simulation game assigning jobs to people, arranging political marriages, go to war with another clan, pretty much anything that deals with the stability and peace of a clan

you should add diversity to each clan with the added possibility to create your own clan

what i mean by diversity i mean clans that are like elf only clans, vampire clans & werewolf, assassin/thieves clan, merchants clan, warriors & mages clan, deaderic worshiping and other deity clans, conquer the world clans, heroes clan, each with its own unique characteristics that make them special

including you have to meet special goals to join one or create one and perhaps a reputation system

again this is assuming if its all possible i am not a modder or a programmer i just do what the read me's say but to me this does sound difficult so they are just thoughts and suggestions

sorry if i am disrespectful in some way

There are a few things you mention here that I'm thinking of doing, I want to be as lore friendly as possible, but it's a LOT of work for one person. That's why I'm not making any tall claims or posting a detailed description. we'll see

Nice idea to fleshen out the concept of family and clan in Skyrim!
Seeing how the land is based on Real World's nordic countries, it really should be a bigger aspect in the game.
Have you read the Season's Trilogy on FanFiction? The author did a really really good job at emphasising the importance of family bonds for politics and stuff - all in a very well-imitated "Song of Ice and Fire"-Style.

You should probably have made your description more professional, I know from experience that helps a lot with your view/download ratio. You should try using Hot Editor. http://www.ecardmax.com/hoteditor/#

Really cool mod though, I'm tracking.

Sounds interesting how do you plan to make this compatible, if possible, with the many city overhauls like the Dawn of XXXXXXX series? Will you be incorporating those into this one along with more NPC's to fill the added space (that would be cool) ?
