This is a stripped down version of REQMOD Playtest #3

All edits to Vampires/Werewolves/Standing Stones and their related objects/references have been removed.

This should allow Requiem Plus to be fully backwards compatible.

I did not test any of this thoroughly, but it appears to be working.
