I'm in the game for many hours with the mod and yet to find the tome. It seems easier just go to Solstheim and get a Dremora Butler (which has no once-per-day limitation either). Am I supposed to hunt down every wizard in the Skyrim before I find it? I see no roleplaying reason to. And yes, I've checked with magic vendors in College and with Farengar.
Before anyone asks - yes, I do have the mod installed and activated. I appreciate that the author made efforts not to make it "overpowered", but come on - it's not a portable nuke, it's just a chest.
Used the other version of this mod and loved it so I just had to try out this one. for the voice which sounded cool in the video Gopher did of it. Thanks for making it clean with no dirty edits. One less I've got to worry about cleaning.<G> BTW why does BOSS show it as an "Unrecognized plugin"?
This is outstanding. I’ve seen review videos of this mod and it is really top quality work. I’m very impressed.
I won’t be trying it myself because of the once a day limitation. I can dig the heavy magicka price, but any mod that forces me to bend to the author’s perception of ‘balanced’, ‘immersive’, lore-friendly, etc. just turns me off. It’s cool to set up restrictions that players can use if they are concerned with something being ‘overpowered’, but give a free use option to those players who couldn’t care less about such things and would love to enjoy your mod. I mean, seriously.. Skyrim is not a competitive multiplayer game.. so why force restrictions on people..
But enough griping. It’s a seriously cool mod. You have a wonderfully creative mind for modding.
Thank you very much I knew some people would want to have an unlimited option, and this is why there are craftable scrolls, they can be used as much as you want, as long as you have scrolls
